KFC UK and Ireland’s restaurant food safety systems include rigorous standards and training for employees. Standards and training topics include, but are not limited to, employee hygiene, product handling, ingredient and product temperature management, and how to avoid cross contamination. Food safety training focuses on day-to-day hygiene and safe food preparation.
