We are all informed customers these days, and expect reassurance that the food we buy and enjoy was produced in an environmentally and socially responsible way. Although KFC UK and Ireland does not own any farms or fields, we do have a clear responsibility to work with our suppliers to ensure we source our food sustainably. This section of our CSR update includes our Supplier Code of Practice, which sets out our expectations of suppliers on ethics, sustainability and animal welfare.

Our customers also want to know about the nutritional content of their food so they can make informed choices. We explain here how we provide this important information to our customers on our menu boards and in our restaurants. Crucially, this section also describes how continued nutritional improvement across our entire menu is a strategic priority for KFC UK and Ireland.
